History[]
Bobby arrives at Donna's aunt's house ready to pick her up for the prom. He is speechless as he watches her descend down the stairs in her prom dress and tells her she looks beautiful. They take some photographs and head into a limo where their friends are waiting for them.
At the dance they check into their hotel suite they are sharing with their friends and then head down to the dance. Donna and Bobby share a romantic dance and she talks about going to a different college to be closer to him. However, Bobby tells her not to and that her original college choice is too good of an opportunity to pass on, he promises them they'll be okay even if they're in different states,
Bobby's friends leave the dance one by one and unbeknown to him, are brutally picked off one by one. When the police arrive with Detective Winn to shut down the prom to catch Fenton, who is on the loose, they evacuate the whole building to lure him out. Bobby notices that the detectives are particularly interested in Donna and is concerned about why that is, he finally gets answers and is told that Fenton is on the loose. He rushes to find Donna in the confusion but is unsuccessful. He reunites with her when she is chased by Fenton and guided to safety by the police. Bobby offers to go home and stay with her for the night under police protection and it's then he discovers his friends are dead.
At Donna's home, Bobby tries to comfort her when she feels guilty that their friends have been murdered and fears it's all her fault. He reassures her that the only one to blame is Fenton. They lay beside each other, ready to sleep for the night but Donna gets up and goes to the bathroom. Once she returns she gets beside him in bed but notices that he is very quiet. Donna nudges him and notices that his neck has been slashed and he is dead.
