Buck Gardner was portrayed by Dick Miller in the movie Piranha.
Biography

He is the boss of a resort camp that is in the river downstream near the ocean and that is to be inaugurated when the piranhas are about to come to the place. He ignored the warnings of Maggie and Paul regarding the piranhas on orders of Colonel Waxman who also partially controls the place.
Later Buck helplessly has to watch the piranhas harm and devour many of his guests at the inauguration moment. It is implied he is later ruined because of this.
