Chip Winslow is a character of Trick 'r Treat and the youngest of the five trick-or-treaters (either 9 or 10 years old). He is one of the trick-or-treaters killed by zombie kids as he, Schrader and Macy reach the elevator. His death is the dull machete in dead meat's kill count. In the movie, Chip shown wearing a pirate costume. In the movie, He insults Rhonda by calling her a ‘retard’.
