Donny Beals is a character in Storm of the Century.
Biography[]
He is the son of the town manager Robert Beals and of Sandra Beals. He is still a very small child. He is also a bully. For this he is chastised by the constable Mike Anderson, when he causes trouble with the other kids.
When the storm comes, he is with the other children, who are being taken care of by Molly Anderson, while Linoge is doing his terrible crimes. Later he was enchanted by Andre Linoge like the other children. He achieves that by manipulating him into touching his magic cane, like he also does with the other children.
When Linoge forces the town to give him one of the town´s children to him in return for their existence, he is not selected as the chosen one to be taken by Linoge. Ralph Anderson becomes the chosen one.
