Garber was played by Adam Baldwin in the movie Predator 2.

He was a secret government agent operating in Los Angeles in 1997. He was a member of the team led by Peter Keyes, which had the task of capturing a Predator. As such he was the second-in-command of Keyes. He oversaw the actual operation to capture the Predator in an L.A. slaughterhouse and is one of the few who survived it.
He was angry with Harrigan after that, because he killed the Predator instead of capturing it, but was forced to go away from the place before the local police could discover him and the others.
