It (2017)[]
Georgie is first seen with his brother Bill as he is making a paper sailboat for him. He then sends it sailing along the street as it's raining. However, the boat goes into a storm drain, much to Georgie's dismay. A clown then appears in the drain holding Georgie's boat, offering to give it back, and introduces himself as Pennywise the Dancing Clown before making some small talk with Georgie. He bribes Georgie into trying to retrieve his boat, then bites his arm off, pulls him into the sewer, and devours him. The attack is only witnessed by an old woman and her pet cat.
Months later, Georgie's death takes a toll on the rest of his family: Bill's parents stop paying very much attention to him, and Bill becomes increasingly guilt-ridden about what happened to Georgie, but refuses to believe he's dead. Throughout the film, Pennywise appears before Bill as a shade of Georgie as a way of trying to tempt him.
It isn't until Bill finds Georgie's tattered yellow raincoat after defeating Pennywise that he finally acknowledges his brother is dead.
