Jennifer 'Jen' Danzig is a supporting character in the 2002 slasher film Halloween: Resurrection. She is the vibrant best friend of Sara Moyer, who convinces her to join a reality show which investigates the abandoned house of Michael Myers.
She was portrayed by Katee Sackhoff.
History[]
Jen is the quirky roommate of Sara Moyer who convinces her, alongside Rudy, to apply for an internet reality show, 'Dangertainment'. Jen gets the email that all three of them passed the audition and is excited to take part and finally get the fame and attention she craves. Rudy is all for it, but Sara needs a bit more convincing. She eventually comes around and they head to their first camera test where they meet the rest of the contestants. Jen outright tells them she hopes to become famous from this; when asked about her motivations.
With the cameras all set-up both in the house and on their persons, they enter the house. They search the house for clues, hoping to find out what could have turned Michael Myers into a killer during childhood. The group splits, and Jen goes with Bill upstairs to Michael's older sister's bedroom. Bill has been flirting with Jen the entire time and tells her to flash her breasts for the camera, as it's a good way to be famous. She convinces him she'll do it but laughs at him and walks out.
Moments later, Jen screams loudly and the group all run to her aid. She reveals herself hidden behind a door and that it was just a prank to scare them. As Jen is walking through the house, Michael Myers appears from on-top of the stairs, they initially think it's just a prank from Dangertainment but Jen screams, this time for real when he pulls out a knife. Michael decapitates Jen - sending her body rolling down the stairs and at the feet of her best friend Sara.
