Killing Birds is a low budget Italian zombies film, that is a part of the Zombi series. None of the films are really connected. They all pretty much attempted to cash in on the massive success of Dawn of the Dead, which was titled as Zombie in Italy. The only real link between all of them is that all of these movies feature zombies as the primary threat. That's it!
