Trivia[]
- This is the third horror film based on a children's franchise that Frake-Waterfield has directed, following Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey.
- This is the fourth film set in the "Twisted Childhood Universe".
- It is also the second film in the TCU to feature Peter DeSouza-Feighoney after making his debut as young Winnie the Pooh in Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2.
- Peter Pan has been in the public domain for years, however, the film might have to be based on the novel version, since the play (which was not published until 1928 and will not enter the public domain until 2024) is still under copyright. The books and characters are already in the public domain. As of 2024 the Play is now in the public domain.
- Filming was set to begin begin on November 15th according to the Blood and Honey twitter. However this was later pushed to May 2024.
- In February 2023, the official logo was revealed through the Instagram account of Brian Guzmán, who was also in charge of designing the logo for Winnie-The-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2, Bambi: The Reckoning, and Pinocchio: Unstrung.
- According to the Blood and Honey fandom on Discord, Scott Jeffrey states that Mr. Smee doesn't appear in the film. However, he did say “You will know why” confirming he will possibly get the Eeyore treatment. But there are theories that Lee, a character that Eddy Mackenzie plays could be Smee or at least related to him concidentally due to a similar sounding name.
