Sasha Grey is the stage name of a former pornographic actress, who, following a controversial yet successful career as an adult film star, has since undergone a foray into mainstream acting as well. She retired from porn in 2009.
Grey has appeared in several horror movies, such as playing a news celebrity called April Carson in Smash Cut. She has performed with an industrial band, called aTelecine, and had a minor role as a cavegirl in the comedy movie, Homo Erectus.
