Tara Donna Reid (born November 8, 1975) is an American actress. Her big break came in 1998 with a small role in the Coen Brother's cult hit The Big Lebowski.
That same year, she had her first role in a horror movie with Urban Legend, where she played the ill-fated host of a college radio show. She is currently most known as April Wexler in the Sharknado franchise (2013-2018)

Horror Career[]
Tara Reid's horror career began with Larry Cohen's A Return to Salem's Lot in 1987 when she was only 11 years-old.
Her mainstream horror breakthrough came in 1998 when she was cast as Sasha in Urban Legend, a slasher that follows a group of friends at a university where a series of murders take inspiration from urban legends. The movie was a moderate box office success, with Reid gaining recognition for Sasha's standout chase sequence. Her performance has since been highly praised, with many horror fans referencing her party outfit and death scene as iconic aspects of 90s horror.
